Great time on the Snake River...so much wildlife to see...lots of bald eagles which we loved. This is not a fast water trip but still lots of fun and our guide was excellent and gave us plent of time for photo ops. We learned a lot about the history of the area/early pioneer times, etc. We had a super time...very... More

While on an extended trip of the northwest we scheduled a float trip with our grandchildren while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Unfortunately on the way to the departure site we got caught in an "animal sighting" traffic jam in the park. We missed our departure time and couldn't give the required 24 hour notice to change our reservation. It had... More

Float trip was truly the highlight of an amazing vacation to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Reed was knowledgable, courteous, safety conscious and entertaining. My sister-in-law had concerns when I informed her that I had booked the trip as her visions of rafting were one of danger and falling into water. At the conclusion, she was grateful for the opportunity as... More

We signed up for the float trip several months before our vacation. The online reservation was very easy to accomplish. We received a personal phone call two days before the trip confirming the details. The actual float trip was very enjoyable. It was relaxing and the scenery was beautiful. Zach was our guide. He was very experienced, capable and knowledgeable.... More

These guys are the best in the business. In addition to executing expert river skills, these guys have an ability to spot all types of wildlife along the river. Eagles , beavers, deer, and the scenery is breathtaking. You cannot see the Tetons like this via the road. It is peaceful and ooh so beautiful.

We had a great time. Everyone except my nephew and his wife were senior citizens on this raft ...well and the guide. So as you can see it was slow. Lots if beautiful scenery where Ansel Adams was contracted to do some of his art work. Saw eagles and beaver. Saw moose on our way to catch the raft. This... More

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with others. We appreciate that you mentioned Ansel Adams. It can be confusing which stretch of the Snake river all the rafting companies in the area float, so it is important that guests realize that we are inside Grand Teton National Park. Many rafting companies all over the country offer a great... More

We headed down the Snake River in a driving wind that carried a little coolness, but the guide was good at keeping the chatter going so you didn't want to miss a minute. The boat ahead found a moose and let us know where it was, which was a real plus. We were able to get on board without getting... More

We took a 10 mile float trip on the Snake River in late August. I have to say it was one of my favorite memories of our time in Grand Teton. Solitude was recommended to us as an excellent locally owned company. They did not disappoint us. The scenery as we were floating leisurely down the river was spectacular. Our... More
