An unpaved down hill road leads to a parking lot, there is a trail along the river. Birds were chipping, there were two beaver dams and Tetons reflection in the water. It was one of the most beautiful trails in the park.

I highly recommend stopping here because it was much less crowded than the other stops. For a long while, we were the only ones here. We enjoyed listening to the stream and taking photos of the excellent scenery. The road down is pretty bumpy, but...More

This stop gives you a tranquil view of the Tetons like no other. The reflection ponds, the wildlife, serenity of a hidden spot in the valley... hard to describe - don't assume it is "just another stop,"

As many others have said, this is an excellent photo op. I went early in the morning and got some amazing shots. When I show people they think they are professional photos and they are easily the best landscape pics from our trip. It is...More

I had to really beg my husband to take me to Schwabacher Landing because it was on a not-so-great gravel road--not a great idea in a low sports car! But, it was so worth it!! The views of the Tetons from this vantage point are...More

Still pools created by beavers provides magical reflections of the Teton range. Usually good for wildlife including an active beaver colony.
