A clumsier member of our party slipped on the way up and down so be careful even on the paved trails. Moderate hike up to a cool breeze and a waterfall. Refreshing and good exercise in gorgeous scenery.

This is a short, paved hike. Some views along the way. It was crowded the day we hiked it. The falls were pretty though.

About 1.2 miles one way walk, fairly well paved. Some uphill, but with casual walking it is an easy trip. The ranger at the falls said that in the summer it becomes very congested, I can believe that. Need to watch young kids carefully as...More

This nearly two mile nature walk to this fascinating, but very dangerous falls is a must-see for visitors. The walk can be challenging physically for some, may be too rough for the handicapped, and most necessary to constantly hold hands with your smaller children. At...More

I love waterfalls, and this one is worth the hike to see. The hike itself isn't bad at all. It is paved the whole way.

2.6 miles round trip. I’m not in great shape and it took us a little over and hour out and back. The hike is paved but there are a lot of potholes etc so I’m not sure the paving really makes the hike easier. I...More

This is a hike to get there but it is doable and worth it. We passed many middle aged individuals as well as families with kids. I would not take young kids as the path is not very wide in a few places and is...More

I suggest getting there very early because the parking fills up fast. I know that people often get there at sunrise to hike.
