I had been a little afraid to bike down Haeakala but decided to do it any way. We went with this company so that we could go at our own pace down the mountain and I am so glad we did ! The bikes were first rate. They had hand brakes. We were given helmets and rain gear. Good instruction... More

My husband and I just completed the deluxe bike ride down that starts at 9am. The tour itself in the van was fun and filled with great information. The bike ride down itself was also amazing and well worth the money. Definitely a great addition to any trip to Maui.

Well organized trip. The sunrise is worth getting up early for. I highly recommend this company over any kind of tour group for the downhill biking. It was wonderful to go at your own pace, and have the ability to stop for pictures and lunch when we wanted. The equipment they supplied us with was very good and just what... More

We did the sunrise tour and overall it was excellent and we'd do it again in the future. My only qualm about the entire experience is how rushed you are at the top. The sunrise was at 6:03am a d we were ordered to be back on the bus at 6:15am...Since it was a cloudy morning the sun didn't peak... More

I ride a lot. Enough that I had some pangs of guilt about riding a van to the top of a climb and enjoying the descent without putting in the work on the climb. My wife, daughter & another friend haven't been on bike in a looooong time. The reason I'm telling you this is because of the numerous "panic"... More

This was a well organized. You arrive at the bike shop by 3am to check in. Then drive in vans up to the summit for sun rise (10,000ft). It is REALLY windy and COLD at the top- dress in layers. They will provide high quality wind stopping coats and pants as well as a back pack for your items, snacks,... More

We were in Maui for 7 days for a wedding that took up 2 of those days. 5 days in Hawaii first of all is not enough! I took the Summit Deluxe package and was amazed the knowledge that Super Fred was able to deliver about the island, history of the island chain, fruit and flowers, historic places too. Fred... More

We did the sunrise on our own and then rode back up with Keemo who provided great info about the area and instructions about our impending bike ride back down. Great views, enjoyed riding at our own pace. Made for a fun day at Haleakala. Be sure to eat at the food truck near the bike office. Great food!

Starts super early in the morning (check in is at 3:00AM), but its well worth it. When you are able to see the amazing colors of the morning sun peek over the mountain and realize how insignificant your "normal work day" is back home. Kimo is a great guide and loves to tell you personal stories of growing up in... More

Great Experience! We didn't do the Sunrise tour, just a midday tour of Haleakala, and a bike ride down the mountain. But it was very enjoyable. We got a shuttle pick up from our hotel, that took us right to the shop, at the base of the Haleakala crater. We got our forms all filled out. Signed our life away,... More
