We were rushed for time before they closed. The staff were very accommodating. We had a very memorable lunch at the point just below the visitor's center. Peaceful, great view and we enjoyed hearing the lapping of the water while we enjoyed our late lunch.

There's a video on the basics of the park, which was informative. The park rangers were able to give us good recommendations of where to hike nearby.

The visitor center has some nice displays and historical information. The staff was very helpful in recommending activities. Even if you don't have a boat, you can enjoy the park.
