This was my only disappointment at Zion. The trail was billed as easy but was quite steep. Once we got to the weeping rock, it just wasn't as beautiful as I'd imagined or seen in pictures. The last stairs and viewing platform were in disrepair.

This was an easy walk from the shuttle bus stop. You actually get to walk under the dripping water and see the drops in the sunlight.

The hike up to Weeping Rock is a nice little hike (compared to others here) Walk up to a spot where you can stand underneath a rock formation and watch little streams/drips of water fall from the rocks above

The rock formations in this part of the part are such that the pressure causes moisture to drip from them, Hence the term weeping rocks.

Can't imagine what this site would be like during full tourist season. It's a steep climb on a black topped path. Short distance. Interesting rock formation where water seeps out of the cliff.

Just what I mean the first couple yards are uphill and can take your breath away if you are not in good condition. The remainder of the hike is awesome. When you get close to the Weeping Rock you begin to get wet and the...More

Well, it was kind of neat to see water seeping out of a rock face, but I don’t think it would have been worthwhile if the hike to the wall was a long one. Fortunately it was only a quarter mile long but with some...More

Interesting spot but access may be difficult for some due to the steep grade. Refreshing and cool as the water seeps from rocks overhanging above and showers you below. Pictures and videos here don’t really capture the experience.... worth the walk if you’ve got the...More

We hiked the Weeping Rock Trail on a drizzly Tuesday morning in May. It was chilly enough for us to wear our light rain jackets and thin athletic pants. The trail is paved but extremely steep. It's only .4 miles round trip. Even though it's...More

It's a short hike up from the start of the trail. Very beautiful weeping water cascading down. Great pictures. Take good hiking shoes and water!
