This is a great hike and all should do it. The hike is approx. 8-9 miles round trip and with a small amount of exposure. We had one hiker with us that doesn't like exposure and she was ok with the hike. The views from the top are fantastic, You overlook the entire park as well as Angels Landing. The... More

This path is a little rugged with drop offs so it is not appropriate for the incapacitated. However it gives great views down into the canyon and a expansive view at the end which takes about a half hour to reach with photo stops.

I recently completed this trial with my partner on a rainy day. The hike wasn't overly strenuous, but is about 8 miles long round trip. The best part is the end when you look down on the whole canyon including angels landing. I am fairly scares of heights and I didn't have any issue on this trail and would do... More

CHECK SHUTTLES ARE RUNNING BEFORE YOU VISIT! Otherwise there's no available parking - so no hiking - only traffic gridlock! Zion NP was our huge disappointment! DON'T GO UNLESS YOU KNOW SHUTTLES ARE RUNNING!

We did this hike in combination with Hidden Canyon and Weeping Rock (the whole lot took us 5 hours including lunch stops etc - note, we are young and fit), and it was our favourite hike in Zion. We started on the trail at just before 8am (in early October) - this allowed us to do most of the uphill... More

This is a good hike with steep drop-offs so it's not for someone afraid of heights. That said, the trail is wide enough to pass people easily so you can just walk on the inside of the trail if heights are an issue for you. The scenery is fantastic at all points and we were awed at every turn. Although... More

Another great hike in Zion NP. The parking is limited for this hike so be prepared to come back later if the lots are full. As with the rest of the park the views are outstanding.

This is a great hike! Very strenuous but it fully worth it. It will take about 8 hours so make sure you pack enough water and food to get you through. Also, make sure you have a camera because you will see some amazing views during your hike!

Wow, I love this trail! At 46, average fitness level & not exactly an avid hiker, Observation Point was definitely challenging for me - but it was totally worth it. The view from the top is, admittedly, amazing. But you're rewarded throughout this hike with all kinds of awe-inspiring scenery. The trail head is at the Weeping Rock shuttle stop;... More
