very nice trail. It takes about 1 hour with the way back. Views are gorgeous, here are also mountain goats but they are calm :)

Just did this walk as an entree to Zion hikes this year. I'm scared of heights, so this being my first hike there in a while, I had to push myself a bit until I got used to it. Fortunately, there were not too many other hikers but there were a couple nice gentlemen who kept an eye on me... More

The parking lot is small and immediately on the right as you leave the tunnel travelling east. The hike is just across the road, and is short but very scenic with a very good chance of seeing big horned goats that can balance on anything.

Beautiful, fun hike to incredible vistas of the valley. hike along deep Pine Creek canyon, 1 mile round trip, great for a lunch stop or extra hike to see different perspective of the valley.

We really enjoyed this hike, lots of twists and turns and scenic views. The trail is quite narrow in some places, and you walk quite close to the drop-off, but we felt it was safe enough.

The end of the trail rewards you with great views of Zion Canyon. Parking was limited, but we were able to park after just a few minutes (in November). There are some steep parts, and some narrow parts without railings, so one in our party who is not fond of heights had some difficulty in spots. Some narrow parts had... More

The trail ends with a fantastic view of Zion Canyon. There are several places where the path gets narrow and there are many steps as the trail is a gradual uphill trek. As a bonus we saw big horned sheep on the cliffs beyond a couple of the railings - they were obviously used to humans gawking at them.

This trail offers amazing views of the canyon. We went for sunset but arrived a little late. We arrived an hour before sunset but the sun had already disappeared over the canyon so photos were a bit dark. If you want to see the sun over the canyon aim for earlier. The trail isn't too hard but is unpaved and... More

If you can, try to enter Zion from the east entrance. Not only is it not nearly as crowded as the west entrance, it has opportunities to stop and poke around as one cannot on the other side due to vehicle restrictions: the valley floor for most all the year is available only by shuttle. The east side provides access... More
