We hiked several trails around the park, and this was our favorite. We went to the lower pools, and then along Kayenta to the Grotto. The trail gives you just enough elevation to get some great views, and is just beautiful throughout.

We combined this with the Emerald Pools and Riverside Trails to make a longer walk but you can still see plenty just doing this one alone.
Not difficult trail as it's mostly on the level, well worth a look.
