Very dramatic scenery, with steep cliffs, deeps coves, blue water and sea birds flying along the coast. The lighthouse is not available for visiting by the public, it is now a private house. There is a car park, for which there is a charge and there is a kiosk for drinks, snacks and packed lunches.

The day we went the sun was gleaming and the view was absolutely spectacular if anyone is in the area I would definitely recommend the scenic walk to the lighthouse Don't worry about walking footwear it's not necessary You can get down quite close to the lighthouse however you can't access it

On a dry day this is a lovely place to visit. There are some steps and uneven ground. It is an isolated spot and the roads there are narrow. A couple of pounds to park the car. No facilities available.

Hartland Point is a good place to park up to get access to coastal walks or simply views of the rugged coastline. Access seems to be through part of a farm that allows the owners to charge you £2 per car to get to the point. Personally I've no problem with this and the woman who took the money was... More

Wanted to visit the lighthouse........many winding narrow roads, some without directions so was a little confusing how to find the lightouse. £2 parking fee, but disappointed to find the lighthouse was gated off as dangerous falling cliffs....20 min visit. Was disappointed, so didn't bother visiting the cafe.

If you don't like windy narrow roads with deep hedges full of wild-flowers, then Devon really isn't for you.Personally, i adore them; passing bays are frequent, & are you in such a hurry that a herd of sheep or a tractor will ruin your day? The lighthouse may dissapoint as it has been closed for many yrs now; the car... More

Although once there the walk and the views were beautiful, the drive itself can leave you nothing short of a nervous wreck! The roads are narrow, steep and bendy. Most drivers are courteous but there are on occasions drivers that cant control there speed, so beware. £2 parking which is well worth it. A lovely little kiosk/ shack to buy... More

Along a long distance hiking trail, but from the West Titchberry Farm you can make a half day or day hike.
