The tour started with a nice little movie and afterwards you can get an audio guide and a try spoon for the chocolate. At the end of the tour me and my cousin both ended up in a nice shopping spree.

Yes it is possible to get there by train and bus. The bus actually stops in front of the factory. According to the Austrian railways route planner you have to use a regional express train to “Feldbach / Raab Bahnhof”. There... More

Train stops in Bad Waltersdorf - perhaps even closer to Bergl. But than I doubt you will find any public transportation....
