Good place to come and treat yourself to some R&R. The natural hot springs are a site to see and the hotels offer great packages that take advantage of said hot springs.

Well known for its medicinal value, and the area itself is very beautiful. It's worth a visit. You can walk close to the river, take some nice picture, relax.

Nice place with The Baths of S. Pedro do Sul. The river Vouga valley is luxuriant. Try the sweet specialities like Pastéis de Vouzela as well as, main course, the veal cooked in different ways but especially roasted à Moda de Lafões (Lafões way).
