I was cycle touring through southern France and staying with a friend of Craig's. I'd had a spoke go on my rear wheel - not only did Craig have the right size, he gave me a few spares for my trip and allowed me to use his workshop/tools so I could work on my bike. When you are on big tours, generosity like this is touching and very helpful. I would imagine Craig to be just as accommodating and professional in all areas of his business. Thanks a lot Craig and apologies it took me so long to leave a review (10 months), computers aren't my strength. Hope to see you again the next time I'm in the Ariège. Cheers! Ross

Hired a bike for l'Agiesoise cycle event in the Pyrenees. My bike was set up for me to my measurements and was perfect for the challenge I was facing. Top of the range Pinarello dogma. Lovely bike.

Normally bring our bikes when going abroad and we were a bit apprehensive about hiring but Craig at Velomondo set my wife and I up with very nice Pinarello carbon bikes which were a joy to ride. Would definitely come back and Craig and his family run business is highly recommend. Jan & Julia

Excellent service from Craig and most importantly a great e-bike , great condition of bike along with more battery power for a solid days riding.

Excellent service, great equipment, air pumps, inner tubes etc in case of emergencies all provided along with locks and helmets. Delivery and collection worked well and electric bikes (we hired 8) were all excellent. Lovely couple to deal with.

Thanks to Craig and VeloMondo we had a wonderful few days cycling up cols and through wonderful valleys on fantastically quiet roads.
Excellent Pinarello Dogma carbon road bike, perfectly set up. Marvelous ebike 650 watt, perfect for these mountains.
Craig was so helpful and easy to deal with. He dropped the bikes off and collected from where we were staying 45 mins drive from his base.
We highly recommend this service.

Top level bike, perfectly set up for the cycling challenges in the area. It was a beautiful bike, smooth, fast and with the right gearing for open roads and the mountain climbs. The roads in the area are empty of traffic, smooth and there is a wide variety of challenges. Craig adjusted my Pinarello for my measurements. My wife joined me on one of the days on an electric bike and had a great time. Can't recommend this place enough.

Just back from our 8 man Velo trip to France care of Foix to Arreau and this year hired bike's
from Craig... Quality! Top bike's' Pinarello', spares including front and back wheels, tools and helmets, all the concern wiped away with prompt drop off and a week later collected the bikes in Arreau. Nice guy and his Mrs's put himself out and understands what your needs are, recommended indeed!
