An interesting on going project, a former manor house, farm, private home and now an ongoing site of historic interest project. The kitchen garden is being re-stocked and cultivated and the produce used in the cafe area. Solid home made cakes, pastries and snacks are...More

They try to make something out of nothing. Really wasn’t impressed. Very limited food choice, uncomfortable and cold seating. Certainly wouldn’t bother going again.

Visited for morning coffee. Fire burning in the cafe, lovely selection of cakes ( iced slice particularly). Nice to wander round the manor, there are some interesting exhibits, and a very good second hand book stall. The grounds are extensive and very nice.

I visited with friends and whilst I like the idea of a community hub I'm not sure of the value as a 'tourist' destination. I truly wish them all the best as a hub but I think they may struggle as a destination to visit....More
