We called in on a sunny afternoon for a cake and a coffee, both of which were delicious. The cakes were fresh and the coffee good which were aided by the gorgeous sunshine as we sat in the outdoor seating of the lovely manor grounds. Service was excellent and given with a smile and the place was quite busy showing... More

Beautiful venue. However, not everything went to plan due to the manager not being organised which led to the birthday girl being disappointed and not enjoying her party to its full potential. The party having to end at 11pm seems too early. Also the bar had a very small selection of alcohol which was not to everyones taste. I feel... More

Our first visit there since the tearoom changed hands. Llanyrafon Manor is a real gem with lots of interesting rooms and outside areas, and plenty of parking spaces. We were disappointed with the tea room. We ordered the 'Doorstep' toast, expecting nice thick freshly cut toasted bread - but ended up with ordinary sliced bread which was quite dry. The... More

This is a really well presented property, with its architectural development from Tudor through Stuart periods clearly shown and well explained. Although only a few rooms can be viewed, the house is decorated in an appropriate way to give a sense of period, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Best of all, admission is free and there is plenty... More

I visited with my sister whilst we were in the area. It gives a great little insight into life in the area during the past and also has a brilliant little tearoom. We really enjoyed our visit.

Absolutely love going to Llanyrafon Manor. We didn't even realise it was on our door step!! The place is absolutely beautiful and so cosy with the open fire. We love how it's presented and all the information on the age and stories of the rooms. The manor is very clean and tidy and the toilets and baby changing area is... More

This is a lovely Manor House beautifully restored and in a nice setting. The coffee shop is disappointing and not as good as it used to be. Nice seating area outside but rather cramped inside and quite expensive. The Sunday markets are very disappointing, far more stalls are needed to make it worth a visit - maybe the rents need... Thank you for taking the time to review your visit. We agree that out tea room is a small environment but as you are no doubt aware the nature of listed buildings are the small and awkwardly shaped rooms. There is very little we can do to remedy this, what we have done however is add additional seating areas throughout... More

We love the Manor. It is a great place to call in for lunch but if you are expecting chips and burgers, then don't go. They serve a lovely selection of panini's, sandwiches, pies and salads. The service is always good and the surroundings are lovely, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. They have different events going on throughout... More
