Take a few hours to hike up to this neat site. There are still ruins from the epic battles that occurred here. No charge. Wear sneakers as you have some steep obstacles to climb.

The walk from Nelson Dockyard is short but over rough ground. The view once you get to the end is good. A nice place to stop & spot a few passing boats etc.

If you're in English Harbour, you need to take this easy hike. A big reward for a little effort. Great views and lots of historic structures to see.

The walk is over rough ground and requiring a bit of effort, the walk takes about 15-20 minutes from Nelson's Dockyard. The walk is worth it for the views.
