This is a free activity to do while on your vacation. The tours are short but very interesting. The facility is clean and impressive. There is a store where you can purchase the products (much cheaper than buying them at stores in the mall or...More

Good tour from start to finish. Saw plant to finished product. Great and friendly guide and good product. We had 4 people and all of us purchased some products.

Small but interesting museum with informative staff. Linda gave us a personal tour showing us the field of aloe plants and explaining the history of the products. We then went up to the viewing gallery to watch modern production in progress. Exit through the gift...More

There is a small but informative museum at the plant where you can see original products, packaging, historical machines and the lives of the people who worked gathering aloe for the plants. A lofty gallery that surrounds the factory floors allows you to watch workers...More

Although this was interesting, I wouldn't suggest doing it as your only tour-we saw it as part of a cruise excursion. The factory is fairly small and not really exciting. You cannot go on the "farm" but can see it because it's a big field...More

The whole "tour" is nothing but a way to get people into their store. Also, be warned you will have to walk up and down steep staircases, so this isn't a good idea for anyone with mobility issues. Products are VERY expensive.
