- Sharon W1 contributionThis was a great experience and was well worth the money.100% worth it. We arrived at the airport 3 1/2 hours before our departure from Aruba and the lines were so long. We knew at that point that the wait was going to be awful. We spotted a Representative of the company by the name of Sam. He was so helpful and answered all our questions. We felt that he definitely was not trying to hustle us. We talked with him for a few minutes and we were sold. We were so glad that we did. What a great experience from the minute we met him to when we were introduced to the extremely efficient, professional and personable Jely. The lines were huge, it was very hot and it most definitely would have taken us a few hours plus. Instead, with Jely escorting us we cleared security and Aruban customs quickly and easily. She couldn’t escort us through US Customs, but told us where to go and what to do. We were all done and sitting in the lounge in about 1/2 hour. She handled all necessary paperwork all the way through and even helped with our luggage. We can personally recommend this service and our hostess, Jely. She is an asset to this business. - Sarah L9 contributionsBye-bye ArubaWe had heard getting out of Aruba was a bit of a cluster because you go through security twice (one for Aruba to exit and then one for the USA so you don’t go through customs when you land). We purchased the VIP departure but had the lounge access through our travel credit card. I’m glad we didn’t pay for the lounge because it was pretty lackluster. They had a meager selection of sandwiches (just meat and cheese) and baked finger foods that teenagers would go crazy for but adults pick over. The best thing they had was an Aruba Arriba drink (honestly it was the best one I had on the island all week… and I had plenty). Our VIP departure agent was Raycheline. She held our passports and boarding passes so they wouldn’t get lost or dropped which felt a little weird but honestly was helpful while we managed shoes, cell phones, etc. She also hulked our bags onto the table to go into the machine all while wearing heels. She guided us through security quickly, effectively, and pleasantly (it took us 45 minutes instead of the 3+ hours we were quoted). She had a smile on pretty much the WHOLE TIME! She really made us feel comfortable in an otherwise stressful situation. When we come back, we’ll definitely use this service again.Dear Ms. Sarah, We're grateful for your generous compliments. Left on Sunday 1pm flight, had to be at the airport at 10 (3 hours early as required) Adèle met us at the American departure line and that was the last time I held my passport until we got to US customs. 🙂 The lines weren’t crazy today, but we certainly saved an hour and got through in about 45 minutes. Basically, they takes you through every security area until US customs but you still are taken to the express line and they just meets you after you get through. From my understanding, the VIP lounge is not always available and if not, they refund you. I’m not sure the lounge was 100% worth it, free booze coffee and snacks but not very exciting. I’d say if you don’t mind spending the extra $$ it was totally worth it. I’d imagine on a busy day like Sat, even more so. Thanks again ❤️❤️❤️Dear Guest, Thank you for your wonderful review. I know there is a lot of debate online about whether this service is worth it. I was also worried that I'd be upset if I got to the airport and there was no line and I spent this money on the service. Weil, line or no line, I loved having the help. Our guide through the airport was Stephany and she was amazing. She took our luggage and cut around some lines. She knows everyone and it was a breeze. My husband has had knee replacements so waiting on. line can be very difficult and I also have lower back pain. So not waiting was great. This particular Saturday there was no line at customs so it was a breeze. She walked us to the VIP lounge. You can get several adult beverages including wine. They had sandwiches and snacks. It was comfortable waiting there. If you are on the fence, I say do it if you have any problems at all standing on line for a long time.

First class experience is a spectacular service! I was standing on line that would have taken at least 2 hours to get through and I Sam and asked what the service was about. He explained it to me and off I went. He was very professional helped me download the app and whisked me through all the lines! I had my daughter with me who is very impatient but he calmed her down helped with my bags and i was through all the lines in less than 30 minutes. It was worth every dime. Hats off to Sam I’ll be forever grateful! ❤️❤️

I wasn't aware of the service until a passenger on the plane told me about them and I saw them at work. Getting through customs was A LOT and I saw how they ushered people through from one area to another. I will definitely use them next time because of the sheer knowledge they possess they would be a great addition to the trip concierge services I provide.

We returned home from our first trip to Aruba last night. We used the VIP Service and could not have been happier. Yes it was costly, yet so worth it for us not to have to even think about what the process was - especially for departure. We probably could have skipped the arrival service (we arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and the airport was not too busy) but it was still nice to have someone else "in charge" so that we could get out of the airport so fast. We really enjoyed the VIP lounge and having Rosa guide us through and skip every line along the way. We could have managed it on our own but decided that the peace of mind was well worth the money spent and will do it every single time we return!

Steve and staff are definitely top notch!
On our way into Aruba we were helped by a informative and friendly woman employee (I can't remember her name, I'm sorry).
But definitely made our entry into Aruba smooth and our exit even smoother.
Worth spending a little extra for peace of mind and convienence.

I paid for the First Class experience in Aruba. My partner, nephew and I went through the airport experience at Aruba rather quick. It was actually a pretty cool experience and both the 2 hostess’s at the airport and the driver were very nice! Elisabeth was the hostess on the departure day of 4/2/22.
What did make a bad experience at that airport turned into a good experience!
Only thing is I found the pricing for this was over priced.

We were met at the gate by Jeanne-Beneth. She took our passports and moved us swiftly through, no waiting in line. Picked up our luggage and to our shuttle for the our rental car. We were picking up our rental and driving to our voter within one hour of our arrival in Aruba.

I do not have Global Entry, will we still be able to cut down on the long lines coming in to Aruba and back to the US.

Thank you for you question! For Arrival we skip all Airport lines with our guest and for departure we skip all local lines (6 total) with exception of the US customs due to US rules and regulation apply. In the US custom the Global entry would be beneficial for you, for the reason that there will be a shorter and seperate line for all Global Entry members.
