We were unable to schedule a visit to Thomas Moore National Park through our cruise line, so using trip advisor we planned our own visit. The previous reviews were very helpful, and I recommend you read them. From the Royal Navy Yard, we took the St George's Ferry (runs seasonally about every two hours on the half hour w/different schedules... More

If you're staying at Grotto Bay, visiting here is a must! It's a short walk down the road and you will find a secluded beach and a nice trail to walk and explore some more. You can stop at the beach and hang out there or keep going on the trail and see a cave and a nature preserve.

First off, read the review by "coreyaxler"below. His detailed account of visiting Blue Hole will be very helpful if you decide to visit. The only thing I would add to his instructions are 1. Don't try and go down into the first cave, just view it from the top. 2. When looking for the second blue hole (the one that... More

We went to Blue Hole park along with Walsingham reserve and Tom Moore's jungle - the three merge one into another, and are worth visiting if you want to see Bermuda's more natural side and get some peace and quiet to yourself. Also, they are very close to the Grotto Bay hotel where we were staying..

We entered this park from an entrance just a short walk from Grotto Bay Resort. At first the earthen path runs along the shoreline where we saw a few shorebirds standing in the water. Further along the path off to the right we came upon a small path leading to a small but picturesque cave. Continuing along we came to... More

What an awesome spot! I don't want to tell many people about it because I would like for it to stay ahead and gem. I cannot get over how beautiful and colorful of the fish are in the water. If you're lucky enough to find a spot don't be afraid to take strange trails in the middle of the jungle... More

OK, let me start off by saying that I had done a TON of research before I took my family to visit Blue Hole Park, AKA Tom Moore's Jungle. If you are like me, take the time to read these reviews and put together a plan for the day and get ready to experience something truly beautiful and FREE! As... More

Simply breathtaking! There's a trail that takes you to a small pier, where you can enjoy listening to the birds and watching the fish swim in the clear water. Great place to dive into the water off one of the cliffs near the pier-it's amazing! Don't forget to find all the caves there too!

We were told about this place by a local. It wasn't the easiest to find, but after a taxi ride from Hamilton, hopping over a closed gate, and a 15 minute walk we found this hidden swim hole with about a dozen people already enjoying it. We jumped in from the lowest cliff jump and had a great time swimming... More

This is a great place to explore. Caves, water holes, beautiful trees and birds. There's a small beach where some folks were swimming. It's free and across the street from grotto bay resort.
