Historic with nice restaurants and shops. Close to Tobacco Bay Beach and the unfinished church so it's worth the visit.

A small but idyllic seaport. No trip to Bermuda would be complete without a stop here. The square itself is surrounded by shops and restaurants. It was quiet in the off-season, but still pretty. Many of the shops and some of the restaurants are closed on Monday so factor that into your planning.

King's Square was clean and interesting even though there were no reenactments during our time there. We checked out the buildings and visitors office. It's a beautiful place with friendly folks. I can only imagine how much fun it is with more activity.

Found there isn't much to see do or interact with. Overall I would rate the whole community to be in hibernation in the off season.

We saw a "dunkin" re-enacted from the days women gossipped and nagged their husbands were tortured. The actors were excellent with much history and laughter. Small children from a local school very much enjoyed the show. Be sure to take the tour with Tim, an outstanding tour guide, and its free.

We visit St. George and it's historic downtown every time we visit Bermuda. We enjoy St. George because they have not been able to turn it into a tacky tourist trap. In the quiet off-season it is nice to just wander around and see what's happening... which fortunately in the off season is not much.

Clearly so much more to be seen her during the high season but almost deserted when we called in. That being said, the guide was extremely helpful regarding sights to see and places to eat. Not much was open or available for us to visit but interesting nevertheless just to wander about

We met here, I believe on a Wednesday, for the St. George walking tour- FREE! The tour was just okay- the tour guide doesn't take you into any places, just points to them from the street. The town hall here is cute, it has a good photo of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip which I thought was neat [Crown fans,... More
