Three hotels line this beach, making it popular with tourists; you might want to avoid this place if you're not into the Spring Break college kid party scene, which tends to crowd the beach during the Easter season.

One of the Best Public Beaches in the World

Beautiful Beach, stunning clear blue Water, soft sand, great place to swim and enjoy yourself on Bermuda's south shore. Not as crowded as Horse Shoe bay either.

Nice change from Horseshoe Bay. Not so many people and located below the Elbow Beach Hotel (which is currently closed) and Elbow Beach cottages. It is fun to walk the grounds of the resort after you enjoy the beach. Warm water and quiet surroundings are a winning combination.

Walked along this beach after dining at mickeys, very clean, long beach, with beautiful sand, and very clear water.

A beautiful beach, but aren't they all. Decided to come here instead of Horseshoe bay because it is smaller and not as crowded. About 5 to 10 minutes past Horseshoe. The Elbow Beach hotel was right up from where the taxi dropped us off and we took advantage of the bar and could have eaten as well. We enjoyed our... More

Bermuda has a lot of beaches and I hope to explore many of them one day, however, Elbow Beach is my current favorite! Quiet and beautiful. Pack food and drink and enjoy the pink sand.

We did an island tour our first day in Bermuda and then bought a bus pass for 3 days and hopped off / on and revisited several sites including Elbow Beach. By far the way to go. Great snorkeling on Elbow just off the shore! Quiet and pristine, but a little walk to restrooms!

If you like to escape from crowds, Elbow Beach is a great beach to go to, lots of sand area and beautiful water. If not staying at the resort itself, There is an entrance for the public to use

went on a RCI August cruise out of Bayonne, NJ to Bermuda. Did Horseshoe Bay too but Elbow Beach is the bomb. It was clean, quiet, serenity now! gorgeous blue water and pink sand. I would go to this beach any time over Horseshoe Bay. There is a porter potty before you head down to the beach. Clean not smelly.... More

My husband and I took the public bus to public section of Elbow beach from our ship and so glad we did. We had gone to horseshoe beach the day before and it a must see, but does get really crowded if you stay on the main beach. So we decided to go a little further up the road and... More

Lovely but sooo expensive . Best drinks ever at the elegant hotel at the top of the hill. Introduction to Dark and stormy which is my new favorite drink. Lovely pianist and doorman.
