There was not a lot to see at the garden since it was January. I did enjoy seeing the winter vegetables they were growing and the wide open green spaces. The Homer’s cafe was wonderful and we stayed in the art museum for a couple...More

Taking into account that October is not the best time to visit, my wife and I were disappointed by what we found. There were areas that looked well cared for, others looked tired and neglected. No birds in the aviary, cactus plants had seen better...More

Disappointed compared with our first visit years ago. Still has good specimens and has expanded but it needs maintenance and a good tidy up. The visitor centre was closed although it states year round it looks as if it only opens for the summer season....More

There were parts of the gardens that were simply stunning, but there were other parts that had been left in disrepair. I was expecting better organized and better maintained facilities but I was disappointed to see several areas that seemed to have been forgotten and...More

We visited on Oct 21, probably not the best time of year to see plants, but it was still worth going. Some things were in bloom (see my photos), and there was the Aviary and Masterpiece Gallery to see, so we thoroughly enjoyed our time...More

A pretty respite from the busy streets of Hamilton, the capital. No one was at the information centre on a Tuesday but there are signs to the various areas. Best to take a taxi there as the bus stop is not near the information centre...More

Right in the middle of St. Georges, it is an oasis inside what is already a paradise. The flowers where really pretty, there where beautiful tracts of grass to have a quiet picnic and of course, the Koi ponds with giant carp

Decided to spend the morning here and took the 30 min bus ride only to discover unkept borders, dead and dying plants, weeds everywhere and the cactus and exotic house long abandoned..terrible shame as I imagine it was once lovely. We were back at the...More

This place could be spectacular, however they need more money for grounds-keeping. Also the office for the park is closed. Some parts are great, others are in need of work. We needed a lunch break, so we bought lunch and stopped in on our scooter...More

We loved the gardens and can tell they were well maintained at some point but likely are suffering from lack of funds. Wish they could revive some parts of it and not let it die. Overall, a great attraction and highly recommended.
