Enjoyed our afternoon at Horseshoe Bay Beach. Beautiful soft sand, clear water, great views. Although it can get very crowded during the high season if you are willing to walk a bit you can go to the more remote areas to get some peace and...More

You can get to Horseshoe Bay easily by taking the #7 bus from the downtown bus terminal. The bus drivers in Bermuda are very helpful, if you let them know you want to go to Horseshoe Bay, they will let you know exactly which bus...More

OK, I'm a senior but I still love to walk along a beautiful beach and splash in crystal-clear water. So Horsehoe Bay was very much on my Bucket List. Last week circumstances came together and it was a delight. Homework on the web made it...More

Spent a week in Southampton near Horseshoe Bay Beach. I walked the beach several times at different times of day. I found it beautiful and very interesting small secluded beaches on the north east end. However beware of when you go. Early in the morning...More

The most beautiful water. If you walk down a bit farther, the beach is less crowded and the rock formations are great. The kids were able to play in a little tidal pool and had a blast. Looking forward to going back again.

This beach is absolutely beautiful. From the soft powder sand to the crystal clear waters. You could go to this beach over and over and never get tired of it.

Even from the road above looking down at this magnificent beach, you'll be impressed. It's easy to get to by bus from the Dockyard or Hamilton (the bus is directly to the right facing City Hall). But if you're taking a bus back to the...More

Definitely the best part of our week in Bermuda. Guess it's even better when the cafe, etc are open, we were desperate for food & drink. We took a $20 taxi ride to the Fairmount beach restaurant next door and had a practically inedible meal...More

We are coming to Bermuda on the huge NCL Breakaway ship and wonder when is the best time to visit. We are from England and don't mind walking or taking a reliable local taxi and don't need to rush back to the ship for dinner or a show. Would it be best to come late afternoon as is the case in many Greek tourist spots?

Hi. So my family and I just got back to the United States from Bermuda. It was wonderful. There are taxis, shuttles, and other transportation services. Taxis to Horseshoe are $42, shuttle buses are $7 per person. I would... More

Hi Heidi, We were there mid-April, the guest house we were staying in was close by and the woman who owned it apologized for the "new parking lot" at "ground level" was still being built. So, if you go to that parking lot... More

Horseshoe Bay Beach is not a hotel. It is a very popular beach in Bermuda that is part of the National Parks program. There is a hotel near it, the Fairmont Southampton, and the hotel's beach is very close to the Horseshoe... More
