This place is amazing.i love the atmosphere of the Garrison its lively on any given Saturday. It’s close to downtown and you can there by public transportation.

We were lucky enough to get tickets in the grandstand for Derby day. Great views opposite the finishing post and the paddock. A great atmosphere with locals and holiday makers.

Always go to the Garrsion for race days if possible. Cheap day out, get in the owners and trainers bar, down the rum and gingers, beers and bet bet bet!! The tote is in the bar so you don’t have to move far. Great place...More

We only walked around on a day when there was nothing on, but those we saw on their way there the next day were just wearing casual.

Email the Coral Mist Hotel in Worthing and ask ‘Reggie’. He’s a local and knows most things that’s going on. I know it was on March 3rd in 2018
