Amazing Salt Flats and Salt Mountains...not mounds as they are huge! Pictures don't do it justice. Diving is great here too...day or night. Children will love looking at the mounds of salt and hearing how the process is accomplished but they can't go climbing on them...the salt flats are equally as enticing. A must visit.

Take the time to visit the salt peers and enjoy that pink water if you're a diver it's well worth the time to drop down and visit salt pier diving through the columns you'll see a lot of fish and coral.

The dive site is outstanding as you float along the pier, but the overall vibe is great. This is one of the must see places in Bonaire. The color of the water is bright pink against the mounds of salt. You can pull up here and dive with ease. The entrance is easy, but the site is always busy.

Such an interesting thing to see, piles of salt. It is also interesting to drive down the road and see the beautiful blue water on one side and pink on the other, contrasted by the white salt. It is quite beautiful!

That was my kids reaction when they saw the water...it looks unreal and beautiful!! And the salty white dunes seems like a snowy mountain in the Caribbean!!!

If you're a scuba diver and you're in Bonaire you need to do this dive. The best parts of the dive are under the pier . The dive is just full of wildlife and they are obviously used to divers. Take your time....take plenty of photos and video...you won't be disappointed.

Very fun place to dive. Parking good, back right up. Alarms were sounding but they said its okay to dive under the pier as long as there is no ship docked. Big piles of salt and ponds making salt to see. Lots of flamingos. The fish love the piers...saw a turtle too. The barracuda are docile and just swim away... More

This a must see for the inquisitive mind. Salt pans all around and 2 huge piles of salt ready to ship out on a Barge . I am not sure how many metric tons are on the ground waiting to be shipped. However you can see it all right from the parking lot by the pier.

What a super dive - day or night it's amazing. Turtles, sea horses, sponges, barracudas ( off the southern end) a massive box fish, turtles galore, tarpon, massive schools of fish... And all in under 50'! Once you wade out, get your fins on - submerge - don't swim out -you'll miss a lot!
