Take the tour if you can which brings the museum to life. Started by a brilliant young grad student with endless curiosity and plans. A very impressive project.

Charlotte and I rented a car to visit Washington Park. After the drive over the hill thru the tiny town of Rincon we found the park was closed. TAKE MY ADVICE, CALL THE PARK BEFORE YOU MAKE THE DRIVE. Do not rely on the front desk or rent-a-car personnel. However the museum was open. It was free, with interesting exhibit,... More

This was an unorganized but interesting museum in Bonaire. Only things to look at and in no specific order in each room. A lot of items to look at but very cluttered and no references to the objects,

Went to Rincon and environs two different days to do some site seeing and decided to stop in at this museum ...never once was it open. The 2 occasions I went were before 12 noon and after 10 am. What I must add also is I think the road leading to this museum should be properly paved as the road... More

we looked for this while walking around the town. Finally asked one of the ladies in the tourist kiosk and she said it had been closed for a long time.

So glad we had a chance to visit this small but very interesting museum. Lots of visuals and the timeline was impressive. At entrance to park. If you go through park, take short route and prepare for a bumpy, bumpy ride. If snorkeling or scuba diving, beaches are almost nonexistent but underwater sights are awesome?

I loved this cozy small museum that explains the history of Bonaire. Very impressive museum that sits at the entrance of the National Marine Park.

We followed the signs for the museum, and saw a house that looked right but the gates were locked. Nothing saying "museum" on it. We asked nearby and were told that it had closed 2 years ago (it is now 2014). So, whatever the recent reviews are talking about, it wasn't the museum at this address.

We visited a unique world when we entered the gate at Ms. Yenny's home and museum. She has been a costumer for the Mardi Gras celebrations for years and you will see her art and that influence everywhere. She has created walk through yard with mannequins and things the sea has rejected. Also in her "yard" are 7 pink flamingos... More
