Top 10 reefs in Bonaire. Lot's of sea life, easy entry. Did 2 dives and 1 night dive on this specific reef. Highly recommend.

Getting into the water in Bonaire can be tricky but it's probably easiest to get in at Bari's Reef. Water shoes are all you need, you can dispense with the fins if you want. Bring a good mask because by the pier there are usually...More

If you use Dive Friends, you can use the dock - easy entry and exit. If there is no/little current, going both north and south is good.

Nice dive site, next to the dive shop. Easy entry and exit off pier or most sandy beach. Reef starts just 20 meters off pier, ~30 - 100 feet deep. Experienced no current.

I last dove this reef 25 years ago, before the hurricane caused extensive damage. It shows definite signs of recovery but of course isn't the same. That said it is such an easy shore dive from this location it is certainly worth a dive or...More

Bari reef is probably the most diverse reef anywhere in Bonaire, with the most species of fish and invertibrates, including almost everything found elsewhere in the Caribbean. There are shallows for muck diving, walls for critter spotting, and deep channels for pelagics. The shore diving...More
