We stayed at the Sand Dollar resort, right in front of Bari Reef and dove it several times. Night dives we saw sleeping hawksbill turtles on the reef and lots of eels! Easy swim out and back. Current was minimal. Large tarpon out at night...More

We dived this reef and were surprised at the amount of fish and we saw 6 sea snakes as well. The reef was clean and full of life and color. This is a must reef to dive if your in Bonaire!!

We enjoyed this reef, especially because we got to it under water from Buddy's Reef traveling by DAV - electrical powered underwater vehicles.

The entry is easy especially if you stay at Den Laman or Sand Dollar or use Dive Friends. Go to the left this normally against the light current therefore the safest however the current is not strong so you could go both directions.

We were on Bonaire for a week, dove 15 times, and 8 of our dives were on this reef. Starts at 30 feet, and goes to over 100 feet, but plenty to see between 30-60 feet!

Great house reef for Den Laman Condos and Sand Dollar. Very nice to access from the pier, although the general use beach access seems like an easy entry as well.

Dove a number of dive site while on vacation and did not have a bad one. Bari was up there with them with a very nice reef system, lots of fish and nice coral formations. Hard to go wrong with any of them.

Not a great non diver location. Try Roatan.
Is it possible to get to this dive site without a being part of a tour or paying for a "private snorkeling trip".

degsy7 is right - there's a good-sized parking lot, just off the rotary (traffic roundabout); easy shore entry. There are taxis (no public transportation that I know of), and they're not very expensive - it's not very far... More
