El Morro is a fortress from the 18th century that is in front of El Malecon. The entrance is around 5 CUC per person (5$) and at sunset you can have a spectacular experience!!

This is Havana's most iconic structure, but it's best to visit at night, during the cannonball ceremony, when you get a night view of Havana from the other side of the view.

Best views of La Habana. Worth going to take pictures from the other side of the bay. We did not go inside the fortress. Tours or taxis will charge 10-20$ to get there but if you take public bus (around 3-5 cents) you will get...More

Beautiful place to visit with a lot of history. We really enjoyed this place. The entrance fees were fair. There was a restaurant close to the castle and the food was great!!

It is an old Fort. It is a beautiful place to visit. When we were visiting there a group of musicians were playing traditional music. there are a store there for buying souvenir, but It was more expensive than other places.

At entrance to port, a typical Spanish port fortification. Lots of history over the years. Nice to see from ocean entrance.
