Loved this place. The history behind the castle and what it had been built for and how it was used through the years was amazing, a lot to see and many floors to discover. Not for the faint hearted.

Visited while doing a tour. It`s an old spanish fortification. The place was clean and the different expositions were very informative. If you want to visit the lowest part prepare to walk a fe hundred stairs... but worth it. very nice place to take pictures.

I visited it long time ago. So, I cannot tell wether there is a refurbish or not. But I can assure that conditions are OK.
