Escalinata di Padre Pico was one the places we enjoy the most in Santiago de Cuba, very pretty and singular landmark. The locals mingle and laugh with you and you can also find all the locally made handcrafts, so a good place also for shopping....More

In the area of the Casa de la Tradiciones, these steps have historic significance and are sometimes used for outdoor performances. The area seems to be getting something of a face lift, with people renovating houses, perhaps for casas particulares.

A stairway that gives access to El Tivoli neighbourhood, which is the old French town in Santiago de Cuba. If you come to this city you must visit it. A piece of history.
