The show and talent were excellent and well worth the 50 Cuban pesos paid however the bleacher seating was overcrowded and very loud making it difficult to enjoy the show.Nearby food was fresh and at a very great price. Next time we will not go on a Sunday. The entrance process was organized and fast. Shows are at 11am and 3 pm.

After previous visits, our son also wanted to swim with the dolphins... this was a memorable experience... The show was fun to see again. Because half of the stands are being restored, everyone has to sit on the other half, which meant some drumming. You can take pictures of the show, but not of swimming with the dolphins - you can only buy pictures from them for 50€/$, you also get film recording and the quality is good. You can easily go there by tourist bus, there is a stop provided. There is a bar/eatery with cheap prices (50 Pesos for a soft drink). The only downside is the crooked woman at the cash register... DO NOT pay in € or $ but in peso! I have added a photo of the price list. You get +/- 127 Pesos for a Euro and on the street up to 200 Pesos for a Euro... calculate the added Euro rate yourself and a child can see that you are being ripped off. Calculate in advance how many Pesos you need and exchange your Euros so that you can pay correctly!

After the biggest attraction that is the dolphin show, the aquarium has the option (for an additional cost) to enjoy a unique experience... Swim with the dolphins!!!
Since my childhood it was something that I always wanted to do so it was a personal dream come true...
The experience is indescribable… a mixture of joy and euphoria!!! The coach we had was very kind and always guided us what we should do and how to do it…
It is a memory that I will always keep because I did it next to my 7 year old daughter who felt very special because of the dolphins' attention towards her..!!

It's worth a trip, the trainers are very friendly and take good care of the dolphins, the swimming area is a small lake with mangroves, the price for the show (twice a day is OK)
What is not acceptable is the lady at the cash register who likes to charge €20 per person (in addition to the €60 for swimming, which would be OK in itself) so that you can be there as a carer for your underage daughter. The photographer who then directs the swimming and makes sure that it doesn't take too long and then grumpily demands €60 for pictures of sub-par quality shows special business practices.

Tourist rip-off without equal!! If you want to swim with the dolphins, you pay 80,- € per person for the mass handling, which you can think of. Since taking pictures is prohibited, one is skilfully avoided to any question. It supposedly costs depending on what you take... No, if you have indulged in the fun and want a picture as a reminder, then you pay a whopping 55,- € per person on top, which then suddenly everyone knows. That's 135,-€ for a child and if you have two children, you get rid of 270,-€. If I had known in advance that the pictures were so expensive, I wouldn't be pure in the first place! First lure, then rip it off. That's a month's earnings of a Cuban. There were a lot of Cubans there. Don't think they can afford that. Hence clear tourist rip-off!

The worst 'attraction' we experienced in Cuba. Firstly, as tourists who speak English, we had to pay more for entry than other visitors. When I said to the woman at the cash register that she had already changed the amount we had to pay twice, asking us for a higher amount, she excused that "her English is bad" 🙄 There is a great playground but our child was not able to play in the full sun, it should be located in the shade. It is better to take a boat trip to see dolphins in the natural environment than to look on in sadness at poor and trapped animals.

Delphines show was amazing. I am very concerned about service in that Delphinarium. A lady who was selling tickets tried to cheat us saying that we gave her damaged a hundred note of dollars. After we bought tickets she called us back to show that note that was damaged. The true is that we exchanged money in England and all notes I got were new ones.
Be very careful guys because they try to cheat tourists every single day.

We wanted to take our grandson to swim with dolphins. We understand they are in captivity. However, this was beyond the worst treatment I could imagine. The lagoon they are in was murky, full of algae, and looked strung together haphazardly.
The dolphins looked terribly sad and in rough shape. Many had injuries and all had evidence of long term abuse. Their noses had tons of damage likely from trying at the netting and other barriers that keep them captive.
On top of that, not one staff member greeted us or even came over to ask if we needed anything. We arrived 10 minutes early for our swim but it was like we were invisible.
Stay away from this terrible place. Again, I have a treat understanding of animals in captivity and how some find it questionable. I generally enjoy places like zoos etc, but this was absolutely horrendous. Do not go here!!!

Just finished swimming with the dolphins and it’s a highlight of my life. They seem happy and very friendly. We went to the 9:30 swim and we had three dolphins to ourselves. Loved the hugs and kisses. My husband had two dolphin push him up in the air. Trainer is well educated. Pictures and video were only 55 CUC and amazing quality. Will do this again when in Cuba Veradero again.

I typically refrain from engaging in activities related to animals, although in this case, they are in a state of semi-captivity. They did perform, which I felt quite guilty about witnessing, but it was my only chance to be near dolphins. I accepted it. It was captivating to see them perform their tricks.
