A very plain but beautiful church. The mass was very special and the sermon was moving. I loved the open windows and doors and the sights and sounds surrounding the church.

While we would have liked to have attended a mass, our timing didn't allow for it. We did drive by and take a few pictures of it from the outside though.

Very friendly congregation. Only in Spanish. Quant architecture typical of early Spanish buildings. Within walking distance of many of the resorts.

This is the nicest church in Varadero. It is apparently open during daytime, but not at the time I went by (around 8.30 am).

It peaked our interest, because it is older than any of the buildings around, looked a little lonely, even during Christmas time, but then, we are not Catholic, so we did not attend any sermon, but the church is open during daytime, and quite interesting to visit !

According to our driver, this is the oldest Church in the area. Very small and peaceful. It is open for everyone during the day. There are some beautiful architecture inside the building.

This lovely little church is in the centre of Varadero,it is free to visit but you can leave a donation if you wish.
Inside is a small alter with some lovely architecture around the church.
I went in the week so there was no service, but it was lovely to have a look around and say a prayer.
Only a small church but worth a visit whilst you are in Varadero.

We had the privilege of going to Sunday Mass at this church and it was very nice. It was a small community but very warm and the building itself, being the oldest Catholic Church, was quite beautiful.
