We went to the beach as part of an excursion from a cruise ship. Apparently it costs $3.50 to come on the beach (this was included in the excursion) and $3.50 for a beach chair which was not included. The beach was nice. You could swim out to a platform or over to a man made "reef" that kept the... More

You can walk to the beach from the Sea Aquarium, so we did both on the same day. Went on a Sunday and it was perfect. We had a wonderful time enjoying the sun, swimming and observing a typical day on the beach amongst locals. There're lots of drink, food huts, showers, toilets and it's beautiful with its palm/coconut trees... More

Get there early...it tends to fill up in the early afternoon. $3.50usd entrance fee plus $3.50usd for the use of the beach chairs and it is 1 chair per person. Plenty of shops and food vendors...including a Starbucks!!

We went to this beach because it was the closest to the cruise port. It takes about a $20 (4 people) cab fare to get here from cruise center. Cost more to enter beach. Cost more for beach chairs. It was jam packed with people. The beach was ok. Not the worst, not the best. But if you're just looking... More

Has everything you need, places to relax by the water, great views, shops if you need food or more, the aquarium is right next to it. Just a great spot.

Beautiful beach, although its surrounded by shops and restaurants. You have the option of two types and prices of lounge chairs. Easy to spend an entire day there - will next time!

Nice beach and had good changing facilities. Calm waters and beautiful sand. We were not charged when we entered beach area. We stayed for a couple of hours in the afternoon and it was perfect!

Found it a bit expensive to go everyday. They charge you an entry fee and chairs fees. About $7 US/person. Jan Theil only $3.50US/person.

Although this beach was way too crowded for my taste, we had a great day in beautiful water. They also serve food and drinks to you and come around to collect the fee for sitting in the chairs. There are some cabanas and a pool if you want to pay for them.
