This beach is maybe the best in curação if you go with kids (or even with babies). There is a good structure with chairs, parasol, restaurant, restroom... Besides that, the beach is amazing!!! The view from the parking is breathtaking. The only negative point: It...More

Port Marie is the place where I did the best snorkelling on the beaches in Curaçao. Many many different fishes that come close to you. A good beach for families with small children.

The reef system here is quite simply AMAZING! I would go back to Curacao just to dive this beach - many of the other shore dives on the island are good, but this one is superb. For reference, I've been diving for years and have...More

This beach never stops amazing anyone who visits. This is one of the beaches you expect to see in a magazine . The double reef with the macro life and resident spotted eagle rays are a divers delight and the beach bar/restaurant has a great...More

Arrived on the Carnival Cruise ship. If you are looking for a beach to snorkel, this is one to visit. My kids snorkel around and saw a ton of fish (ages 12 & 18 yrs old). Lots of rocks in the shallow area, but gets...More

Definitely better than cas abou beach. Less rocky. Once you get into the deeper part it is more sand than rocks. Beautiful beach and lots of chairs and space. They also have a bar and restrooms.

It's a pretty crowded beach with a restaurant and a diving school location. Great for snorkeling though. Probably the small artificial reefs built with some hollow reef concrete balls modules improves the nourishment of plants and creatures.

Beautiful beach with great lounge chairs. They charge per person ($3 US) and per beach chair ($3.50 US). We only used two chairs and only paid for two as the kids went straight for the water. Calm waters the day we were there, so it...More

We jumped in a taxi when we got off the ship for our visit to the island and asked the cab driver where he would recommend and he said this place was the best. It was about a 35 minute drive from the port which...More

The beach itself is very beautiful, but could be very crowed. It has a restaurant but can be difficult to get a seat in there, specially if there are groups of divers also looking for lunch. There are a few souvenir shops as well. You...More

Dear Mike, I wouldn't recommend a public bus to reach our location. The bus only goes as far as the village where PortoMari is located and then it is still a quite long walk to actually reach our beach.
