Good for shopping and a quick bite

Cool little village with shops and eateries. Not the best pizza but good burgers and drinks and good to watch sports with friendly staff

This is a cruise ship trap but not bad, just typical. A few restuarants and bars, one that seemed to have a few more locals. A coffee shop that was not the friendliest so we skipped it and we like coffee. A sushi spot I would run from (we ate there -awful). A steak place up top, it was fine... More

Yikes! Not what I was expecting for a something marked on the map as a tourist attraction, Rif Fort. Walls of the old fort are there, but they put a mall over it!!

Some of the old structure of the fort is still in place, but it's been massively altered and added to now host eateries and souvenir shops catering to the Dutch and US tourist. Unfortunately there's little to find about the history of the place.

It's a shopping mall that has been built into the walls of a historic fort. Designed for tour boat visitors; expensive.

A great little shopping spot with places to dine and drink. Built right into the old fort walls. Check it out for a short stop. Climb the stairs for a look out of the old fort windows.

Very nice places with good staff. Authenticity of the visit takes a hit when everything is in US dollars. Be sure to visit this place once, but that's all you will need if you are of the exploring type. If you are the tourist type you'll love this place. Nice photo ops. The fort is very interesting and historic but... More

Our first night on the island we had some beers at the bar, Sopranos. It was a fun little place and is where our friend, who live on the island, like to go to watch NFL games. We also had burgers at the burger place in the village. It was a little over priced for the two burgers and beers... More

We went primarily for the Delft shop and was amazed to find it in an historic fort. A few good shops but most tacky. Some superb restaurants and bar. Was saddened that the majority of this historic structure was destroyed for a shopping center.
