Lots of shops and restaurants in here and it's part of the Renaissance hotel. Definitely a tourist spot but it's with checking out for food and Curacao souvenirs.

We stayed at the Renaissance Resort Hotel and in its promotional material they supplied they stated that they were right next to Historical Rif Fort. They are indeed next to the fort and the fort dates back to 1828, so its historical. But what remains...More

Tourist trap. Not an actual fort anymore. Just a place for tourist to spend American dollars. Its very expensive to eat but is a great place to get random souvenirs.
