We spent 3 or 4 hours wandering around, shopping and having lunch. Lots of places to eat, some deserted. Shopping was ok. Felt very safe no matter where we went.

Nice area to grab some food or a drink and sit out on a patio. Not a whole lot else to do otherwise.

This an old Dutch Colonial colony with a sense for preservation and beauty. It is colorful and respectful to its history. It is very unique compared to other Caribbean islands.

Nice downtown area, but not a lot of nice shops, all very touristy with tshirts, etc. The floating market is interesting, but all of the stands tend to sell the same things. I've heard it's much smaller than it used to be. Great gelato place...More
