Really not worth the trip except as part of Island tour. Small fall and pool. Nice 15 minute walk to and from falls.

A perfect first hike for any visitor to the island since not only is it easy, but the waterfall is relaxing to swim in or even just look at. The forest canopy reflection off the water makes the entire pool look mystic and mysterious.

Water a little cold, the hike a little steep, but well worth it to stand underneath the waterfalls!!

This hidden grotto is in the rain forest. The walk to the falls is an easy, short hike on cleared pathways and wooden steps. You can go at your own pace and there are a few breathtaking outlooks along the way. You can take a plunge in the pool although it is VERY cold (at least in January it was). I... More

Beautiful falls and pool. I’d recommend water shoes because stepping over those rocks to swim in the cold (yes, very cold) water is rough. Photo stops last a few mins, so you can get a good photo if you wait a couple of minutes.

The drive through the Morne Trois Pitons Natural park to get to the visitor point for the Emerald Pool is one of the most spectacular I have seen anywhere. Dense green forest with amazing plants and trees at every turn, up a helter-skelter of a road - hats off to the driver of the open-air island bus for negotiating every... More

Easy access through a well maintained trail in the rain forest. Emerald pool is simply stunning for the vegetation surrounding it, the fall itself and the enjoyable very cool swim. A must when travelling to Dominica Island

We had a brilliant taxi driver who took us a round the island and we went to emerald falls ! What a place , after a bit of a mild hike we came across this beautiful water , in the middle of the rain forest . Luckily we all had our swimming gear on and went in , it was... More

We arrived at Emerald Falls just as the sun was starting to go down, so we didn't get the light necessary for the pool to showoff it's beautiful green color. But, it was magical, nonetheless. The water was refreshing and the little cave overhang was fun to sit in - waist high water. The hike to the falls is minimal,... More

Mountainous, beautiful drive that included Emerald Falls and many other accessible areas of the island near the port. Much more like the expected Caribbean experience than St Kitts, that's for sure.
