Beautiful blue water, miles and miles of sand, with virtually no tourists. The right side (when facing the water) is where foreigners hang out, crammed among the beach chairs set up by local entrepreneurs for rent. Locals prefer the left side (when facing the water) were you can get fresh seafood cooked up over charcoal. The left side has a... More

Still one of the most beautiful beaches of the world! in spite of deck chairs and small restaurants, luckily only at the embarkment of the boats coming from Las Galeras, the beach has kept its charm and beauty: kilometers of untouched nature!

We did this a while ago when doing a dune buggy type trip that picked us up from our jetty of Cayo leventado and transported us from Samana to various places of interest on the mainland Playa Rincon was one of our pit stops where we could cool down and have a swim.

White soft sand, long distance wide beach, crystal water, great waves and minimum people there - really dream place to be. It is definitely a must place to visit when visiting Samana Dominican Republic. There are two bars on every side of this long picturesque beach, you can buy coco-loco or pina-colada there. Recommend you to stay there whole day... More

This is exactly the beach picture that comes to mind when people dream of the perfect beach. Expansive sand, crashing waves on the distance rocks, and nearby vendors for rum drinks served from pineapples and coconuts make this a quintessential beach destination.

A beautiful beach with white sand. Lots of loungers and a small kiosk to buy water, pop, beer. Worth the trip and effort to see.

The water is nice, but wavy. The beach is decent, but the chairs are getting old. The bathrooms can't really be called bathrooms. They are old toilets over holes in the ground, and you "flush" them by pouring a bucket of water down the whole when you are finished. The scenery is beautiful, as you look at the place from...
