My tour guide kindly showed me this when I was on an all day tour of Grenada. It is just north of the Rivers Rum Distillery and is well signed from the road. Lake Grand E'tang is the best known crater lake in Grenada and it is a usual stop on most tours. Lake Antoine is similar in that it is also a crater lake but it lies at the bottom of a deeper crater. Since this was not a scheduled stop on my tour my guide only took me to the viewpoint at the top of the crater, which is worthwhile. The road from the main road to the top of the crater is very short so no doubt a polite request should you be on a similar tour that encompasses Rivers may be acceded to. Should you venture there on your own, there is a trail that you can drive with caution from the summit to the shore of the lake. From there you can take a pathway that circles the lake.
My tour also included Sendall Tunnel, Douglaston Estate Spice Plantation, Grenada Co-Operative Nutmeg Association, Carib's Leap, lunch at Helvellyn House, River Antoine Rum Distillery, Lake Grand E'tang, Annandale Falls and Fort Frederick in that order. My tour was arranged by Air Canada Vacations so I do not know who the tour operator was.
I was fairly impressed with the quality of the roads in Grenada. However, there are deep drainage gutters at the side of the road in some places so if you did go in one you would never get out. Other than that, I would not be adverse to renting a car in Grenada and visiting some of these places on my own so that I could spend the time in each place that I wished. If I had someone else with me to watch for signs, it would be quite easy. There are picnic table at a lot of the scenic sites like Lake Grand E'tang. I do not know if there are tables at the shore of Lake Antoine.
I have not reviewed the other attractions on my tour as they seem to be the subject of quality reviews from others from what I can see.
I hope this review is helpful.

The drive to the top of the mountain that is actually a dormant volcano is beautiful and gives you a great idea of what the foliage is in Grenada - spices growing on trees, lush jungle, exotic birds and animals. The top of the old crater is now a lake, surrounded by beautiful, unspoiled nature. There is also an old house on site with an overview of the ecology of the area, with musicians and locals selling their wares in between. A lovely place to go for a long walk, hike or picnic. Quiet and peaceful.

It's not enough to stay at the top of the hill and view the crater, you have to make the walk. There is a path that leads right to edge of the crater, where you can see the ducks and other birds peacefully resting on the water. The path around the lake has different fruits and food trees. The crater lake is unspoiled and untouched so you get a great feel of true nature. I will return and explore again. Great visit.

We visited Lake Antoine as part of a private full day tour of the island. It’s a cool geographical phenomenon as the lake has formed in a dormant volcanic crater. The circumference is more round and “crater shaped” than Grand Etang but both are lovely.

Lake Antoine is a lake formed in the crater of an extinct volcano. It is located in a very quiet area on the island. There are security guards located on site. While we visited, in the middle of the afternoon, there were no other visitors in the area. There is a trail that you can go down that offers a nice view of the coastline. The trail is flanked with sugarcane fields. There is also an old broken down tractor that has been overgrown with vines. There is free parking in the area and there is no fee to access the lake. There are also no vendors or washrooms on site.

This was a real find hidden away off the road with a poor sign. However once there , it is literally 100 yards off the road and what a beautiful sight. Great aerial views. If you find it drop by

We went here on our own. We walked down the old road a bit as I read there was a trail that goes around the lake. We didn't follow it all of the way so I can't comment on where it takes you. Perhaps going with a guide would provide for a better experience. A nice view, at least.
