My husband and I were excited to visit a nude beach. We had already visited and enjoyed several beautiful Guadeloupe beaches (the Grand Anse, La Perle, the Plage Jolan) and so we were expecting a broad sandy expanse with lots of space, shade, and sand. Unfortunately, the Anse Tarare is small, rocky, and cramped. We had to keep walking around... More

Bit difficult to find but great when you are on the beach. Park in front of the only restaurant and walk about 5min. The best way to get there us to take the path on the left looking at the restaurant. It's a small beach with golden sand and turquoise water. If you want to enjoy nude sunbathing, stay on... More

My wife and I visited this beach in mid-afternoon in February on the Monday of Carnaval. There were about 100 people, most of the white, 2/3 of them couples, and a few children. Nearly everbody was nude. We saw no hints of improper sexual activity. There were a few young men in shorts but they were back in the bushes,... More

As one of the Americans newly exploring Guadeloupe, thanks to Norwegian airlines recent flights I had no Idea what to expect as there is little written in English or by Americans! Yes this is a "Nude" beach, No you don't have to get naked! (but you should give it a whirl) This beach is safe and at no point what... More

We had a very nice time on the beach, met couple of locals who are very friendly. The water is very nice for snorkeling. If you looking for an small adventure you have to wait until sunset. We had a lot of fun there.

Tiny beach surrounded by perverts who hang around staring trying to get cheap thrills. Avoid this place. If you want to go nude go to St. Martin or St. Barts. Although it's a French island Guadeloupe seems to be very conservative and you don't even see topless women on any of the beaches.

This small beach, with limited space, is located at the east end of Grande-Terre. It is the only known "naturiste" (full nudity allowed) beach in Guadeloupe. It is reached by following directions towards La Pointe des Chateaux and taking the small road to the Restaurant Man'Michel where there is a good size parking lot, and then walking down a small...
