We were intrigued. This beach ranks as #1 on TripAdvisor for St-Anne? The beach is small, crowded and dirty. The restaurants - apart from a few exceptions - are equally below expectations. Sure the water is clear but you can find that water quality in...More

This is the most overated beach in Grande Terre. The obstacle course for children that floats on the shallow water is a total rip off. The beachfront restaurants are dirty and unappetizing. There are far better options on this stretch of the island.

Nice beach, busy, mix of locals and us tourists. Plenty if cheap food around. Local market nearby the beach. Lots of people selling stuff on the beach. Good views. Nothing to see i the sea for snorkelling.

A lovely beach close to the Artisan Market (across the street) in Ste Anne. Lovely wares, sun, sand and surf. What more can you ask for?

Absolutely beautiful. Try to get down early to beat the crowds for a peaceful morning swim! Loads of good snack bars on the beach and very safe for swimming.

What town does the cruise port stop at? It’s about a 20 minute ride from Gosier to Ste Anne Beach. A bit longer from Bas du Fort. I would think that is not so expensive as a taxi to Basse Terre or the west coast of... More
