I was getting extremely claustrophobic in my hotel and wanted a days out. This trip was recommended by a few locals so I booked to go solo. The drive up to nine miles is fascinating with gorgeous views of the hills in jamaica, not for the faint hearted as a few of the people on the tour felt ill. The... More

Had to visit while in Jamaica, long journey to get there, was it worth it, the jury is out on that. What a shambles the entrance is, men around filthy stalls and open boots of cars selling the joints, teas and cake, no of which I bought. Inside the "attraction" entrance through a shop, then to a bar, allocated a... More

I was fortunate to have seen Bob Marley live twice in 1976 and 1978 so my family agreed to go along with me on the tour to Nine Miles where he was born and where he was laid to rest. Form our hotel in Montego Bay it was about a two hour drive into the mountains on roads that are... More

Once you get pass 1-1 1/2 hours of nothing but winding roads, all is well. We had a great time, the tour was very informative!

Love Jamaica, love Bob love this place. Mr crazy was our tour guide and he was class, singing & smoking all the way round! It was a great experience to see where he was born and buried, a lot to learn while your here also. A nice gent selling some finger hash too which was a pleasant surprise 🍁😂 go... More

In this place you can see Bob Marley tree, where he started to write, where he is born and barried. Guide is interesting. After observation, you can enjoy in local beer "RED STRIPES" and in Bob Marley songs, played by great band. Worth visiting. P.S. Road is bad. Tickets are 19$, drivers for free.

The resting place and history of Bob Marley's young life was very interesting. I did have my 10 year old grandson with me, but as I don't partake in the offerings that they had, it was OK. The ride there and back was fascinating as you see the beautiful countryside. I wish I could remember the name of our tour... More

It was cool, I liked the freedom to partake in the huge spliffs they sell at the gate. I couldn't believe people had their young kids with them, very inappropriate for children but maybe they didn't do their research. Very very commercialized, they rush you through the tour and it gets very crowded. As a huge Marley fan I didn't... More

You’re in Jamaica the home to one of the music industries greatest stars, the one and only Bob Marley so a visit here is an absolute must. Bob Marley's Mausoleum is located in Nine Mile at the site where he was born and raised into the man he became. Nine Mile used to be the only place you could smoke... More

This is a must must do and was one of my main reasons for coming to Jamaica. It was on my bucket list and I'll never forget it. It's an amazing experience to be able to visit the area, pay your respects and take it all in. Captain crazy was also great fun. However our party all agreed that it... More
