We came here during the holiday and the beach became more packed as the afternoon went on. It had $250 JA which is because it’s a government beach. There were lots of families enjoying picnics and there was also a dj playing good tunes. There...More

What a great way to escape the city for a day. Close to drive to, extremely clean and secure to park for the day and enjoy a really nice white sand Jamaica beach.

Being from the states, not accustomed to paying for beach access, but while in Jamaica do as Jamaicans do right? The walk over to the beach area was fine, but finding out that the beach closed at 5pm was another shock. Beaches in the states...More

A great afternoon out for great company, fish, and sea breeze....smile and soak it in. Fort Clarence is less congested than hellshire, so you can avoid the crazy crowds but still enjoy the same fresh fish, festival, and bammy by the sea. Well worth a...More

I visit this beach quite often and it's very well kept. For locals it's just $250 to enter. The beach is very relaxing. Can be a bit windy so protect your belongings. Great fish, festival and bammy options also.

This beach has all of the potential that Hellshire Beach doesn't in that it is quiet, has private toilets & dressing rooms and the beach is large without a lot of rocks. The only problem was that we went last week, right after serious torrential...More

It's a stone throw away from Hellshire Beach, but they do charge a minimum cost to enter less than JA$400. The entry cost facilitates the upkeep of the beach. It's a clean beach with a relaxed vibe.
