Two minutes before pickup, I received a message from the tour operator stating that the pickup is delayed for 1.5 hours. When the driver showed up, we heard different stories, from a car breakdown to the driver getting into trouble with the police. We requested the driver to take us to a local store. During checkout, without a reception to calculate in American dollars, the driver suggested paying double of what we owed (I checked the conversion rate later at the hotel). At the first stop, Blue Hole, the tour guide rushed us, citing the driver didn’t allocate enough time. The description promised 3 hours at each stop; however, we spent only about 45 minutes at the first one. The driver was also insistent about receiving a tip at the end, citing ensuring our safety to and from the hotel.

Delano was wonderful guide and very informative. Had a great time kids loved it. No broken bones. It was beautiful and challenging.

Excellent day out of the resort. Jermaine was our driver and he was very kind and informative. Both attractions were great, climbing the Dunns Falls with a 5 & 7yr olds was a bit challenging though. On our way back we even stopped by for a bite together.

Nickoy our driver was absolutely amazing,there was nothing he wouldn’t do for you very accommodating,very knowledgeable ,interesting and made you feel completely at ease I can’t recommend him and his tour enough can’t wait to return. Thank you so much Rich & Melissa xx

We had a wonderful time on our customized tour! We had the pleasure of having Nickoy as our tour guide. As a Montego Bay native, he is very knowledgeable of the history of the city and the culture, and even more, he has a wonderful spirit. We visited historical sites, several communities within the city, and we even had time for shopping. We appreciate Nickoy for maximizing our time in the city. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who is truly interested in learning more about Montego Bay.

Nickoy our driver was absolutely amazing. He made my husband and I feel like family. He taught us so much about the Jamaican culture and was a true delight to be around for the day. This was way better than any group tour you could book. Nickoy was accommodating in every way to make our excursion memorable and amazing. I would give him and his company 10 stars if I could. Don't waste time and book with them if you are planning any excursions on the island!

We had an awesome time on our customized tour. We had the pleasure of having Nickoy as our tour guide. As a Montego Bay native, he is very knowledgeable of the history and culture of the city, and even more he has a wonderful spirit. We visited several different communities within the city, and we also the farmer’s market and downtown areas, among other places. We also stopped for shopping and came home with very nice souvenirs. We appreciate Nickoy for maximizing our time and giving us a great experience. We highly recommend this tour!

I had an amazing experience with my tour guide Nikoy "Koy". He took me around Montego Bay & explained the rich history at each site. He was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, & so polite ☺️. He stopped at a few places & took some pics for me. He also recommended a really great restaurant. 👍🏾 Definitely ask for him 🥰

We loved this excursion! It was private, and our driver, Koy, was excellent! He even did the tours with us, which we were thankful of because it took out a lot of lag time that happens when in large groups. We’re lucky he has good rapport with the other guides, so they took pictures and videos of us that we’ll have for a lifetime since we didn’t have a waterproof case to keep our own phones safe. ❤️ Koy warned us when we would be hassled to buy items and helped us avoid it. I also appreciate how he was honest with what was/wasn’t needed for the excursion, so we were able to happily save money by not buying water shoes. Regular tennis shoes work great for the trek, so don’t feel pressured to buy them if you don’t have them. We’re happy we booked with them!

We thoroughly enjoyed the private tour, and our driver/ guide Delano went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs and requests were accommodated. The blue home was absolutely breathtaking! We opted for a rafting experience in lieu of Dunn’s river and it was definitely a great call! Breathtaking views, limestone leg massage and the happiest captain looked after us on the raft. I’m terns if quality of service and experience, this by far surpasses the group tour which fists much more from the travel reps and hotels. You leave when you want to and have 1:1 support at hand.

Hello, I will be arriving in montego bay on the 10th of September for 9 nights with seven other people and we are looking for a driver to and from the airport and for the duration of our stay.Preferably a 10 seater van or mini bus as we would like to all be togeather.Please can you message me back will prices and availability.
