Well worth a visit but be prepared for major hassle from the venders across the street trying to sell their carvings. The fort itself isn't fantastic, a couple of canons and butraces that's about it

This is located in the heart of downtown Montego Bay! It is lined with upscale shops and fresh food / fruit market!
