I was on a tour bus and we drove thru it kinda fast . I think it wS overgrown trees and you drive thru it.

The gully is aptly named for the overwhelming ferns that hand over the road from the sides. In addition to nature, there is a show of artistic talent by one of the locals....one of whcih is not necessarily PG. ;) but is creative.

The drive was great and our driver explained every detail there was to know about Fern Valley. Believe me, we had plenty of questionsn along the way...

I, personally, enjoy 3 miles of gorgeous ferns so thick that, in some places, only a few glints of sunlight emerge. However, be forewarned, it is not an interactive site unless you get out of the car and shop amongst the local vendors or plan...More

I really enjoyed driving through here. I had to go very slowly since it was quite winding and passing other vehicles was difficult. Beautiful drive.

A beautiful drive thru this winding roads very scenic and a hidden gem we went with dr. Fun tours as a extra little bonus from him there is so many different versions of fern

The Fern Gully is absolutely beautiful. The variety of "Ferns" were amazing and the colors were astonishing. Take lots and lots of pictures when you go. Get a good tour guide that will pull over and stop for the pictures.

Have good time in Ocho Rios! The round trip to Fren Gully will last about 20 minutes. A stop to look at local art( that is, if anyone is exhibiting) might add a few minutes. It is beautiful, but a very short tour. You might... More
