West end is the best end

I liked the cliffs area better than the beach- more snorkeling and fish to see, less people and no vendors!

This seems like a must do when you visit Negril for the first time. I'm not into cliff jumping but it was fun to watch. Also the views are great and when the live band plays it adds to the ambience. Get there early to secure a good spot!

We have visited the Cliffs of Negril a few times now and it never gets old. Spoiling ourselves at the Rockhouse Hotel, I experienced some of the best snorkeling I've ever done, other than a few jelly fish stings, which were not serious, it's something to be experienced. So many things to see under the beautiful blue ocean. So many... More

We first saw these cliffs in all their splendour from a boat trip we had organised and went back to view from the land side. We should have just admired them from the sea as they are very difficult to appreciate surroiunded by thousands of other tourists. Still worth a look though

We viewed the cliffs from Rick's Café and also from a catamaran. Simply beautiful...a must see if you are on the west end of Jamaica.

The best place to see is at Ricks Cafe. Very touristic but the people working there are more then willing to show you how to do cliff diving. You can also try it yourself!

During my recent visit to Negril I had the opportunity to visit Rick's Cafe again. I must say that the cliffs nearby are breathtaking, especially as I observed the view during a sunset eve. I did not see anyone dive off the cliffs this time, but have watched in awe in the past. The water below is a simmering blue... More

I well remember the cliffs in Acapulco which were higher but there is something about the about the roughness of these cliffs against the azure blue of the water that makes you want to jump in. I didn't do it, but I was tempted. Still it was exciting to watch others take the leap from many cliffs along the shores... More

If you're not staying on the cliffs, than select a restaurant that strikes your fancy and enjoy the view.
