This was our first Segway Tour. There were 8 of us in the group with my husband and I being the only ones with no Segway experience. We were given just enough of a lesson to make us comfortable to get started. Once underway it...More

Fantastic way to tour San Juan old town. Easy access to fort via Segway that is quite enjoyable. Knowledgeable and interesting guide. A must do.

First I would like to say that Jose was an excellent tour guide, he was very informative about the area and historical sites of Old San Juan, and I learned the most about the area while doing this excursion. We saw many things I do...More

This was a very good tour. We had a group of three and had a great time. My grandmother who is 83 and had never ridden a segway had a great time. When you arrive you have to watch the what not to do video,...More

The price of the tour is well worth your money. It's easy to book and pay on their website. The company's website price, as of July, 2017, is $93.00 plus PR sales tax = $103.69 per person. Viator is the exact same price of $103.69,...More

We enjoyed our stay at Puerto Rico, except our encounter with the Segway Tours. The guy was rude and unprofessional.

Warning - do not book with this company. Jose is a horrible person. Do not trust him. He did a bait and switch.

This was my 4th segway tour. I've done one in St Louis, and two in DC. This one was fun. This is the only one where I was given an ear piece and that was awesome! We could hear the guide the entire way. He...More

250 pounds and they stick to that weight. You have to step on a scale. If they cancel you get refunded, if you did it through the ship, if you cancel they do not refund money. They will go in rain.. so be aware.

You would need to contact them directly, but I believe if ship is late the tour just starts when you arrive.
