A great neighborhood to view many murals and grafittis. Some of the streets lights are not yet replaced since Hurricane Maria, i recommend the visit during daylight.

Lots of fun to see and do! Great restaurants and nice people. We stayed in a rental (Posada Colonial) for three days.

This fresh market is super small compared to what I have seen. You can buy mostly fruits and vegetable. We went for coconut water, but they only had by the 1/2 gallon no in the coconut itself. Next to la placita which has many local...More



This is a district located right outside old San Juan. Here you will find tons of restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to go to La Placita de Santurce.

This is a realitivelly large area with great restaurants and smaller boutiques. It is largely residential,but there are great restaurants scattered throughout.

Good college partys always in Santurce. Very famous area in San Juan with stuff to see. It's worth a short visit.

The area is not as nice as Ashford ave, but it is the place where they have big supermarkets to shop if you have a kitchenette in your hotel room. Can get all types of goodies. They also have the plaza del mercado which sells...More
