We docked in San Juan on a New Years cruise and wanted a break from the duty free shops and bars so took a 20 minute cab ride from the pier to Ocean Park Beach. Local beach popular with kite surfers with white sand and not too crowded. A few ice cream vendors on site and a terrace bar for... More

You can get drinks and food from local vendors and restaurants, go kite surfing, pick a beach volleyball, fame. Great fun!

I visit this beach on a Thursday afternoon. It was beautiful and relaxing, not crowded at all. I enjoyed watching the sun go down while having an excellent glass of wine.

This beach was close to city and Doubletree by Hilton has an attendant who reserves you a chair and towel. Watched many kite surfers as this beach has good waves and wind. Very scenic views.

Visited while on a business trip, the beach was clean and parking was free. It was a great way to end the day after being in meetings all day.

Good sandy beach, with modest breakers and a swimming net 100mtrs off shore for safety. Not so good if very windy, but this would be the case with any beach anywhere! Not yet developed with cafes etc, but its just a matter of time as the area of Ocean Beachbecomes more up-market

This felt like a local beach but there were very few visitors the day I spent here. I didn't see any public facilities. You can get here from Old San Juan on the bus, it is just a couple streets over from the bus stop. Not my favorite in the area, but clean and pretty.

I had lived my entire 3 day vacation for that moment. It was a quiet beach, that was so relaxing. it was fun. I played in the water like a little kid. We even got to see policemen on horses. Loved , Loved this beach
