interesting thing to see all these graves above ground overlooking the sea. You can go in the cemetery if you're into that kind of thing.

This ocean facing cemetery reminded me of the one on Bronte beach in Sydney. It is a beautiful place to take a stroll en route to the old fort. Incredible views and windswept beach.

Without a doubt this is a very old cemetery. I know it sounds odd but you should visit to see the beautiful stones and architecture.

We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the above ground graves with artistic monuments and markers. The view of the ocean from there is breathtaking, with both forts in sight. The professional sculptures and renderings are breathtaking. Highly recommend a visit here.

You don’t get to see a beach front cemetery every day right? So take advantage of this beautiful cemetery and take tons of pictures.

I thought it would be strange going to visit a cemetery. So glad I went. The statues are amazing. It’s so peaceful with just the sound of the ocean.

Old cemetery with a beautiful view. If you like cemeteries, this is a must. I would have liked to go inside. It was not open.

Walking to the fort we passed by the old cemetery of San Juan. It has very interesting headstones and it’s worth the time to see it right next to the sea

With a nod to Percy Bysshe Shelley, the cemetery was a reminder of his poem Ozymandias. A lot of money was clearly spent building these memorials, yet time has been unkind to them. Still, in total, they are quite remarkable. My visit was post-Maria, yet...More

Yes it is a short walk from the terminal, however when we arrived by cruise ship, there was a shuttle bus that would take you to old town and the walk is only about 5 minutes.
